MDAO offers free support programs to people across Ontario, and their families, who are living with depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder.

Stella’s Place
Peer support is all about people sharing knowledge and experience and offering emotional, social or practical help to others who have similar experiences.
Bean Bag Chat, Stella’s Place app made for young adults and students to access online peer support, online counselling, and to view resources.

Health Services Information for Ontarians Connex Ontario provides free and confidential health services information for people experiencing problems with alcohol and drugs, mental illness or gambling. We are funded by the Government of Ontario.
Our information and referral service is live answer 24/7, confidential and free.

- Contact a nurse at Telehealth Ontario by dialing 1-866-797-0000
- Distress centres and crisis resources operated by various agencies are open 24 hours a day if you need to talk to someone.
- CAMH Emergency department is located at 250 College Street, Toronto.

- Call Access CAMH at (416) 535-8501 and select option 2 for information about accessing CAMH services. Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m
