Time Change Guided Laughter and Meditation

Experience how Laughter Yoga, AKA Guided Laughter, can bring physical, mental, and social well-being in a short period of time. No physical yoga involved, only conscious play and experiential exercises such as laughter, meditation, and deep breathing.
Presented by Lauren Tatner, Meditation and Reiki Teacher, Certified Hypnotist, and Certified Laughter Yoga Leader. Lauren’s sessions combine laughter, breath, movement, creative visualization, mindfulness, and meditation. Participants have fun playing with techniques they can incorporate into their daily lives. Results include feeling happier, healthier, and filled with peaceful energy.
