Pilates and Chill

Join us for a 60 minute all levels pilates + chill session with Jennifer Winter. This raw class is designed to align and restore with safe functional movements guided by breath. This deep muscle strengthening class will detox and rebuild your body from head to toe!
The session will start off with a light body scan meditation, followed by pilates matwork and ending in a nourishing cool down. Be prepared to sweat + transform. BYOM (bring your own mat)
Spots are only available on a first come first serve basis so please arrive early.
