Overcoming Culture Shock: An Exclusive Workshop for Young Professionals or International Students

March 24, 2019 | 10:00 am - 12:00 pm EDT

Are you an international student or young professional in Canada who’s been struggling to integrate into the Canadian context? Do you often feel isolated and homesick? You’re not alone!

Join us on March 24 at 10:00 am for a two-hour workshop that will allow you to share your story with other international students and professionals who might be facing similar challenges. Led by Rasha Mardini, psychotherapist at Shift Collab who’s worked extensively with newcomers to Canada, this workshop will address some of the most common struggles experienced by those who study or work abroad and give you different perspectives on cultural integration so you can make the most out of your international experience.

So grab a cup of coffee, take a seat and join the discussion!

This event has extremely limited seating. Grab your free ticket today!
