Mindfulness for Academic Success an On-Campus Retreat

Join us for a half-day mindfulness retreat on campus! Practice yoga, mindful meditation, and learn mindful exercises to help you stay calm, resiliant and focused. Please register with your active University of Toronto email address as proof of student status.

Please dress in layers and consider bringing a light blanket as room temperatures fluctuate in this room. Also bring a water bottle and yoga mat if you have one (limited number available onsite). Do not bring valuables as bags and coats will be left outside the room.
