Mindful Mondays

Kick-start your New Year by refreshing your meditation practice. Come find some calm in a busy world with simple guided meditations that offer time for practice and quiet contemplation. These sessions aim to help you keep on track and provide you support, so that you can maintain your commitment to bring mindfulness into your life. This group is suitable for beginners or those who want to deepen their practice.
Sessions will run weekly every Monday from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Sessions include meditation, instruction and time for discussion. Please arrive early to give yourself time to settle in and prevent disruption for others during meditation.
All sessions are led by Felicity Bannister, a Toronto-based Certified Mindfulness Instructor. Felicity has worked in mindfulness for over 8 years with both adults and youth and has extensive experience running groups.
