A Mental Health Trialogue is an event that brings together people with lived experience, family members, mental health professionals, and community members.
Participants have an open dialogue, or trialogue, in an environment that is free of judgment and labels. Everyone’s background, whether of experiences or profession, is anonymous. It’s up to you whether you share a label or not.
This is a supportive space and everyone’s expertise is valued.
Everyone shares from their lived experience or their training to offer comfort, hope, and resources related to mental health and addiction experiences and services.
Family members have an opportunity to listen to people’s recovery. Individuals can connect with others with similar experiences, and professionals have a chance to offer their knowledge, or own lived experiences. Everyone learns.
Seating is limited. Registration Required.
Food will be provided and tokens are available for those who need it.

LOCATION DETAILS:
The 519 is located half a block north of the Church and Wellesley intersection, on the east side of the street. The closest TTC subway stop is Wellesley subway station. There is a Green P lot across from Wellesley subway station. It is a short 5 minute walk east to Church Street.
The 519 is an accessible facility with a ramp, elevator, and all-gender washrooms.

5:30-5:45pm Register, write a topic for the box, get refreshments, chat and get settled
5:45 p.m. Land acknowledgement, introductions, how a trialogue works
6:00 p.m.-7:15 p.m. Trialogue!
7:15 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Networking and refreshments (everyone is very welcome to stay a little later to continue chatting)
