Hacking your environment to optimal health with Dave Tang

March 21, 2019 | 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm EDT

Do you ever wonder whether life in cushy and technologically savvy urban cities has changed the way we prosper as human beings? Do you sometimes feel less than 100% — lethargic, sleep-deprived, prone to sickness — despite having great sleeping, eating and exercising habits?
Join biohacker and movement trainer Dave Tang as he uncovers some of the dangers of getting too comfortable in our modern lifestyle and learn simple hacks and experiments you can do to improve your resilience and overall health.
In this session, you will learn hacks to shift:
Our sedentary lifestyle
Perpetual use of artificial light and twilight
The absense of environmental conditioning
About Dave Tang
Formerly a varsity athlete, Dave Tang realized the importance of movement, sleep and health when he traded the active lifestyle for a career as a management consultant. Having furthered his learning on the subject of health to become an avid biohacker, Dave has resolved to find what it feels like to operate at 100% efficiency and share the practices and feeling with others.
