Finding your True North: Core Values Workshop

Are you ready to change an area of your life? Do you want clarity on the direction to take? Do you want to develop the skills required to get there? This is a workshop by life coach – Alex Fulgraf! All these questions can feel overwhelming. They can be difficult to tackle alone. Worst of all, they can keep you stuck in the same patterns. What if you didn’t have to search alone? What if you had someone who cared about your vision as much as you do? What if you had someone who consistently helped you push through the obstacles? Then you would be free to be your best self. Then you would be free to take action. Then you would be free to live an extraordinary life. Alex asks questions that help you dig deep and identify what motivates and inspires you, in order to maximize your fulfillment in life. The very first thing we do is dig into your core values. What are your core values? How do they motivate you? How can you align your life with them? Join her for her 1.5 hour workshop where she will ask you a series of questions to uncover your values and we will work together to create new actions in your life. You will leave with: – Clarity on your top 5 core values – Mission statements for each value – Clarity on actions you want to take to live these values out
