But what happens when that story gets in the way of our success and building meaningful connections with others? We call this an “Elephant Story” – which is a series of difficult experiences rooted in uncomfortable emotions such as shame, fear, and guilt. Avoidance of these situations and experiences can lead to unconscious behavioral patterns and biases leading to learned helplessness, self-sabotage, self-doubt and imposter syndrome.

However, in many cultures, the elephant is regarded as a symbol of strength, wisdom and power. Join us for a series of brave conversations as we explore the gifted wisdom of your Eelephant Story.
