After our successful #DearManager event in May, we have decided to host a 2nd event on World Mental Health Day to further the much needed conversation around mental health at work.
The Topic
The state of mental wellness in modern workplaces is bleak — anxiety and depression are on the rise, stigma remains high, technology continues to blur the line between work-life and home-life, and employers aren’t doing enough to combat the problem head-on. It’s time for change, but when it comes to mental health, what does real change look like?
Join us for an evening of conversation about modern workplace mental health challenges, and the role businesses can play in supporting employee wellbeing. Guests will hear personal stories from professionals, as well as gain insight from Canadian companies on steps they are taking to lead the change in supporting mental health at work.
