Creating Your Self-Love Manifesto

September 30, 2018 | 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm EDT

Are you tired of endlessly giving to others and not having enough left for yourself?

Do you feel like your life is so busy that it feels like it is impossible to find time to recharge?

Are you beating yourself down instead of building yourself?

Do you want to show up in your life with more energy, passion and enthusiasm?

If this sounds familiar, then this workshop is designed specifically for you.

Creating Your Self-Love Manifesto is a workshop designed to help you create a practical action plan on how you will show up for yourself with more love and care, taking self-love from a foreign concept to actual practice. You will be guided to explore physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of self-care to include in your manifesto tailored towards your unique needs.

We will create a safe and sacred space to dig deep into your self-love journey while collectively sharing in the experience with others. The evening will include a combination of creative expression activities, shared stories, experiential learning of self care concepts and strategies. You will be invited to join a community of like minded people who can encourage you to continually show up for yourself after the workshop and beyond.

Exchange: $27
