CREATEBEING: Design Your Self-Care (Part 2)

We all understand the importance of taking care of ourselves, but what does it actually mean IRL (in real life)? And how can self-care be implemented as a practice? In this two-session workshop, we will be creating our personal self-care strategies. Together we will discuss what self-care looks like and provide a structure to better understand and care for ourselves. Participants will leave the two sessions with a self-care action plan they can put into action over the next few months.
Come open-minded and open-hearted to learn and meet new folks who are also doing their best to maintain their wellness. We recommend participants attend both sessions.
*NOTE: This ticket is for both workshop dates, February 8 and February 22. Both these sessions are held at the same time, 1:00PM – 2:30PM, and same location, Tea Base (222 Spadina Ave., Unit C15).
