Please join us for a free afternoon educational event open to people living with OCD, their family members, friends and anyone that is interested in learning more!
Receiving a diagnosis of OCD can feel overwhelming. It is important to become informed about the illness, both for the individual affected and their loved ones. This event is intended to provide people with helpful information about OCD. A variety of topics will be covered, including basics of OCD, understanding effective treatments from medication and cognitive-behavioural therapy to alternative biological treatments when all else fails. There will also be sessions introducing how families can better help their loved ones in working towards recovery, and the importance of living a healthy life when affected by this illness.

WHERE: Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, McLaughlin Auditorium EG18A.
Refreshments will be provided.
There will be the opportunity to:
