“Ugh she is so judgmental!” “He never listens!” “They won’t change.” Do you hear it? The voice in your head, constantly says things about other people. We think that we are connecting with others while we are just engaging in conversations with that voice in our heads. We put ourselves and others in the boxes we design and play the roles we are supposed to play. No wonder there are misunderstanding, conflicts and struggles in communication between family members, with friends, and at work.
It doesn’t need to be that way! Come and join me for this interesting and insightful workshop. Through discussions, exercise and games, we will discover how our perception of other people affects our interactions with them. We will witness and experience different beliefs and personalities at play first hand. I am opening my arms, my heart and my home to welcome you! I invite you to be true to yourself, be curious about the process, be open to give and receive, and be ready to have a lot of fun!
Who am I? My name is Hang Zhao. I am a professional life and leadership coach. I support people to find their passion, empower their leadership gift, build authentic relationships and live to their fullest potential. After spending more than eight years in Accounting and Consulting industries, I found my calling in coaching. Graduated from a year-long coach training program, I decided to pursue coaching full time and share the power and gift of coaching to people in the world.
