Good nutrition is important for growth and development. Research demonstrates the importance of nutrition in learning, activity, sleep, mood and energy level. Learning about healthy eating not only means understanding Canada’s Food Guide, but it also means learning how to develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

Healthy eating needn’t be costly. With a little planning and some careful thought you really can make your money go further……so please come join us. Workshop presented by staff.
